Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.
Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping option.
Local Pickup (If Available)
For customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, we may offer local pickup by appointment. Please contact us after placing your order to coordinate pickup details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Delays & Shipping Issues
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for orders delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
